Grow Bags Manufacturer and Exporter: Coco Peat Grow Bags for Polyhouse Farming

Grow Bags manufacturer

AV Coirs is a grow bags manufacturer based in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu, making coco grow bags from our own coir processing. Each bag holds triple-washed, low EC coco peat and coco chips in a UV-treated plastic outer layer, built for polyhouse growers working from small plots to many acres. We also supply nurseries, horticulture departments, vertical gardens and indoor plant growers.

As a grow bags manufacturer selling direct, we offer custom sizes, choice of blend and export-ready packing with no middlemen.

What Are Coco Grow Bags?

Coco grow bags are a soilless growing medium. Coco peat, the fine fibre from coconut husk, holds water, while coco chips keep air moving through the root zone. Together they give roots steady moisture without waterlogging. Growers plant straight into the bag and feed through drip irrigation, so there is no soil to prepare or treat.

Our Grow Bags: Slab Style and Pot Style

Slab Style Coco Grow Bags

Long compressed coir slabs sealed in UV-treated plastic with pre-cut planting and drainage holes. They suit row cropping in polyhouses and greenhouses for cucumber, eggplant, strawberry and blueberry on drip systems. Length, width, height and hole spacing can be made to your layout.

Pot Style Coco Grow Bags

Individual cube bags for nurseries, horticulture departments, vertical gardens, indoor plants and home growers. Available in standard sizes or made to order.

Grow Bags Specifications and Sizes

As a grow bags manufacturer, we make every size to order and publish specifications up front so buyers can compare before they enquire.

Blend options (coco peat : coco chips): 70:30, 60:40 and 50:50. More chips give more drainage and air. More peat holds more water. We help you choose by crop, climate and irrigation.

For Dry and High-Rainfall Regions

Where water is scarce, coco peat holds moisture, so plants need less frequent watering. Where rainfall is heavy, chips and drainage holes let excess water leave the bag, lowering the risk of waterlogging and root rot. As a grow bags manufacturer, we set the blend to match your region: a higher chip share (such as 50:50) for wetter areas and a higher peat share (such as 70:30) for drier ones.

Slab style bags are also manufactured to custom length and hole spacing based on your greenhouse layout or row spacing. Need a size that is not listed? Tell us your requirement and our team will produce it.
